NATCHEZ — Two people were killed in a late-night accident on Beaver Creek Road in Wilkinson County Thursday night.

Wilkinson County Coroner Travis Sharp said he pronounced Samantha Gentry, 20, of Woodville, and Derk Griffin, 22, of Palquemines, La., dead at the scene of the single vehicle accident.

Two others were reportedly injured in the accident.

Further information about the accident could not be obtained from the Wilkinson County Sheriff’s Office Friday.
