FAYETTE — Funeral services for Rosie Lee George Turner, 82, of Fayette, who died Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Jefferson County Hospital in Fayette, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hollywood Baptist Church in Fayette with the Rev. Dr. E.E. Colenberg Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hollywood Baptist Church cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 2 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and 10 a.m. until time of services at the church Saturday.

Rosie Lee George Turner was born Oct. 6, 1930, in Jefferson County, the daughter of the late Dudley Herrington and Minervia Lewis Thompson. She was retired from self-employment as a beautician, and was a member of the Usher-Mother Board at Hollywood Baptist Church.
