Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Ivory announce the engagement of their daughter, Jandrea’ Le’Shet Drake, to Cedric Deon Owens Sr., son of Mrs. Rochell Jackson and the late George Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Griffin, all of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and a graduate of Alcorn State University in Lorman. She is employed by Citi Trends of Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Charles E. Kaho and Mr. Ernest Woods and the late Susie Gaines of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and a graduate of Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale. He is employed by the Natchez Fire Department.

He is the grandson of the late Mateal Thompson, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Owens and the late Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Griffin, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 5 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at the Natchez Community Center.

A reception will follow the ceremony.
