Friday, Aug. 2

John Paul Hall, 37, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323. Restitution set at $89.73 to Walmart.

Johnnie Holland, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Jeremy Holland, 23, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Domomique Nicole Hess, 25, pleaded guilty to contempt of court. Fine set at $423 plus $426 from an old fine. Must pay total fine of $849.

Domonique Nicoles Hess, 25, charged with misdemeanor false information. Case remanded to files at recommendation of court after pleaing to contempt charge.

Cody Burgess, 21, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files — consideration of guilty plea of two other charges. Burgess also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523. Burgess also pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Monday, Aug. 5

Lakeisha Ware, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve six days in jail. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $598.

Ashley White, 28, found guilty of willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $348.

Cadisia Johnson, 18, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to file on consideration of other plea.Johnson also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $598.

Richard Williams, 45, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $623.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

Leon Jones, 32, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Jessica Renee Green, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve three days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Michael T. Clement pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
