Ballet’s success leads to shelter help

Nov. 16 was the presentation of the fifth Ballet Magnificat! in the Miss-Lou area. It was a truly wonderful performance as a start of the Christmas season.

Our attendance this year was the best yet, and we want to take this opportunity to thank all of you in the area for attending this year’s performance.

This was also the first opportunity for me and others in the community to experience the beautiful remodeled City Auditorium under the guidance and management of Christlife Church.

The performance of “Most Incredible Christmas” was received with much awe and delight by all ages this year that included children and those of us who are older children at heart.

I would like to say thank you to our sponsors.

For those of you who did not get to attend the performance this year, we plan to have Ballet Maginificat! again next year.

The monetary proceeds from this event will enable us to continue to provide shelter and services to the women and children who are in need of safe shelter or who are homeless as a result of domestic violence or sexual assault to have a safe haven.

We remain grateful to the Natchez community for continued support in our efforts in all fundraising activities.

We extend to all a safe and peaceful Christmas holiday.
