Mr. and Mrs. Gregg Loomis Sr. of Ferriday and Mrs. Natalie Brown of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Loomis to Taylor Campbell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kim Campbell of Monterey.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Huntington High School in Ferriday and is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe.

She is employed by Concordia Parish School Board in Vidalia.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Loomis Sr. of Ferriday and Mr. and Mrs. Marion Newman of Ferriday.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Monterey High School and is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe.

He is employed by Helmerich and Payne International Drilling Company in Tulsa, Okla.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Campbell of Monterey and Mrs. Marilyn Forman and the late Mr. Bobby Forman of Monterey.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Monmouth Historic Inn in Natchez.

A reception will follow.
