Daniel Billups pleaded guilty to domestic violence.

Brad King pleaded guilty to domestic violence. King also charged with smuggling contraband. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Gregory Nezat charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Travonta Franklin pleaded guilty to sale of marijuana.

Darrion Anderson pleaded guilty to simple assault.

Darrell Tuesno charged with intimidation of a witness. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases

Friday, June 13

Delbert Sims, 34, found not guilty of simple assault.

Travis Conner, 34, found guilty of simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $673. Conner was also charged with stalking — first offense. Case dismissed after trail on motion of defense attorney that state is showing proof of crime happened in City of Natchez, Adams County.

Monday, June 16

Minnie Ashley McCaffery, 32, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 21 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve nine days in jail. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $713.

Jamarrick Keon Abbott, 24, charged with disturbing the peace. On motion of prosecutor and request of arresting officer, case remanded to file for one year.

Tarsha McGuire, 37, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 47 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 13 days in jail. Banned from K-Mart. Fine set at $673.

Tuesday, June 17

Tavonte Denzel White, 19, charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Case retired to files — subject to disposition of his other two felony charges in circuit court on motion of prosecution and court.

Parnell McBride, 38, charged with misdemeanor false pretense. Failure to pay as agreed, therefore waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Nicholas Webb, 32, charged with retaliation against a public servant or witness. Case dismissed after preliminary hearing — judge found no probable cause for charge.

Jasmine Washington, 30, charged with forged, false, fraudulent prescription. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $7,500.

Latasha Y. Washington, 34, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault other means. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Fine set at $623. Bond set at $40,000.

John Davis, 50, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days with 46 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Credit given for nine days served. To serve five days in jail. Fine set at $450. Bond set at $7,500.

Jessie A. Davis, 57, charged with burglary of commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $35,000 to $25,000.

Wednesday, June 18

April Shanelle Montgomery, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.

Keisha Owens, 25, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Kelvin Dywane Jones, 33, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
