FAYETTE — Services for Shelia Gail Brown-Matthews, 45, of Fayette, who died Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, were 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at Greater Faith Worship Center in Fayette.

Burial followed at Greenleaf Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Mrs. Matthews was born Nov. 20, 1965, in Natchez, the daughter of Melvin and Mary Sassafras Brown.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include one son, Jarvis Hill; her mother; six sisters; 10 brothers; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
