WOODVILLE – Services for James Harold “Jimmy” Fry, 72, of Woodville, who died Thursday, March 3, 2011, in Natchez, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Newman Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville with the Rev. Bernard Waites officiating.

Burial will follow at Williams Family Cemetery under the direction of Newman Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Fry was born Oct. 28, 1938, in Texas, the son of Richard Leonard Fry and Clara Belva Fry. He was a security guard for Treppendahl Super Foods. He was also a pipe fitter and welder. He loved to fish, fry fish and spend time with his family.

Mr. Fry was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Daisy Augusta Fry; one daughter, Kay Fry McKey of Centreville; three sons, Russell Fry and Roger Fry, both of Woodville and Jerry Fry of Bogue Chitto; three sisters, Barbara Young of Flagstaff, Ariz., Jeanette Ormsby of Corpus Christi, Texas and Tina Brown of Mount Pleasant, Texas; four brothers, Barry Fry of Houma, La., Mike Fry of Flagstaff, Richard Fry of Ball, La., and Arnold Fry of Mount Pleasant; nine grandchildren, Kelly McKey, Jonathan McKey, Kirkland McKey, Kayla McKey, Jayson McKey, Jimmy McKey, Jerry Fry Jr., Casey Fry and Dylan Fry; and one great-grandchild, Isabella Ramos.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Perkins, John McKenny, Andy Partridge, Clint Williams, Jerry Wisner and Marcel Herbert.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Lazarus, Wettlin Treppendahl and Rodney Cavin.
