Come witness life, ministry of Christ

Jesus took our sins and healed us … and on the third day showed the world God’s power.

Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church will bring to life an inspirational drive-through presentation entitled “Behold the Lamb of God.” The drive-through presentation will be presented from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Good Friday.  Admission is free to all.

This year’s dramatic reenactment of the life of Christ includes thirteen scenes with live actors, music and impressive sets that visitors can enjoy from the comfort of their automobiles. You’ll see a dramatization of the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ … the cradle, the cross, the crown.

This event — the story of the life and times of Jesus Christ — has a cast of numerous members and volunteers from Pilgrim Baptist Church. We’ve been hard at work preparing for the upcoming production.

Guests will see familiar scenes from the Bible, including the birth of Christ with the traditional manger scene, The Last Supper and perhaps the most striking, Jesus’ tomb.

In what has become a beloved bi-annual tradition, Pastor Melvin White and members of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church recommend you not miss this special presentation.

You will be overwhelmed as you witness the life, ministry, and mission of Jesus Christ through music and drama. Bring your family and friends to help them understand the real meaning of Easter. Jesus lived a short life, but in that time, he did so much.

Come to share the pain of Christ’s death, and the joy of His resurrection.
