MANIFEST, La. — Graveside services for Edward Lewis Creel Jr., 80, of Frisco, Texas, formerly of Monroe, La., who died Thursday, April 21, 2016, at Baylor Scott White Medical Center in Plano, Texas, will be 1 p.m. today at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, La., with the Rev. Ken Hoots officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Creel was born March 12, 1936, in Monroe, La., the son of Edward Lewis Creel Sr. and Mary “Mayme” Scott Creel.
