Early Halloween trick-or-treaters may avoid getting soggy

NATCHEZ — The little ghosts and goblins may need to bring a rain coat or an umbrella Wednesday night as they head out to seek some sweet treats.

National Weather Service forecasters suggest a cold front heading through our area late tomorrow is expected to bring a high chance of rain after dark on Wednesday.

NWS suggests the possibility of rain is at 40 percent from mid-afternoon through nightfall, with the chance of rain increasing to 70 percent and later to 100 percent after midnight.
