BUDE — Services for Cynthia “Wee Wee” Pernell-Humphrey, 32, of Natchez, who died Sunday, March 11, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 1 p.m. Sunday at St. Matthews Baptist Church, Highway 33.

Burial will follow at Kettley Cemetery, Garden City Road, under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home, Bude.

Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday with a wake service from 8 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home and from 11 a.m. until service time Sunday at the church.

Mrs. Humphrey was born July 19, 1974, in Natchez, the daughter of Jerry and Patricia Pernell.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Emile and Lurenia Brown and Elree and Ollie Pernell.

Survivors include her husband, Willie Humphrey of Natchez; her parents, Jerry and Patricia Pernell of Natchez; children, K’vontruis Pernell, Shankia Pernell, Mikia Queen and Jumorris Pernell, all of Natchez; sisters, Katrina Pernell of New York, Geraldine Bass and husband, Jeffery, of Texas, Audrea Andrea Pernell and Wyneka Pernell, both of Natchez; brothers, Jerry Pernell Jr. and wife, Miranda, and Jerome Pernell, all of Natchez; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and a host of other relatives and friends.
