Henry DeBlieux

Services for Henry “Buddy” DeBlieux, 67, of Vidalia, who died Sunday, April 15, 2007, at his residence, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Young’s Funeral Home, Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. DeBlieux was born Feb. 7, 1940, in Monroe, the son of Henry Lester and Dorothy Powell DeBlieux Gillespie. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator and a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers.
He was preceded in death by his son, Randolph Devorie DeBlieux; daughters, Zebra Joann DeBlieux and Debbie Diane DeBlieux; and his parents.
Survivors include his daughters, Denise DeBlieux and fiance’, David Myers and Beanna Lott and husband, Kenneth, all of Denham Springs; his son, Paul DeBlieux and wife, Karen, of Zachary; sister, Frances DeBlieux Bryan and Bill Kattau of Indianapolis, Ind.; brother, Danny DeBlieux of Bastrop; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and the mother of his children, Phomas Diane Smith.
