NATCHEZ — Services for Frank Ashley, 88, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home, with a family hour from 7 to 8 p.m.

Mr. Ashley was born July 4, 1918, in Clayton, the son of Frank and Mary Ashley. Mr. Ashley was employed with Rivera Casino, in Las Vegas, until his retirement.

Survivors include his children, Lynn Ashley and wife, Barbara, of New Orleans, Frank Ashley and wife, Janice, of Texas, Frankie Ashley Henderson, Nelda Washington and husband, William, and Gwendolyn Washington and husband, Wesley, all of Natchez and Mary E. Ashley of Gulfport; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; a number of other relatives; and special friend, Robert King of Las Vegas.

Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons.
