MONTEREY — Services for Olivia Louise Forman, 82, of Monterey, who died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, in Ferriday, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Monterey Church of Christ with the Revs. Russell Crum and Kevin Sims officiating and music being provided by Mignionne Ater and Jerry Smith.

Burial will follow at Forman Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Forman was born Sept. 30, 1925, in Bude, the daughter of Bethel and Emery Patt.

She was a homemaker and a member of Monterey Church of Christ. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Forman was an associate member of the 1st Armored Division Association.

Mrs. Forrman was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Bonnie Prescott; and her brother, Earl Patt.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Wesley Honeycutt Forman Sr. of Monterey; son, Wesley Forman Jr. and his wife, Kathy, both of Dubois, Wyo.; daughter, Rhonda White of West Monroe formerly of Monterey; grandchildren, Wesley Forman III and his wife, Ragenia, both of Ferriday, Kristopher Forman and his wife, Lisette, both of Vidalia, Craig White of Monterey and Amy White of West Monroe formerly of Monterey; great-grandchildren, Mary Forman, Ashley Forman, Ryan Forman and Annalee Forman; and brother, Larry Patt and his wife, Kay, both of Natchez.

Pallbearers will be Wes Forman, Kris Forman, Craig White, Jimbo Trant, Dane Paul, Ronnie Magoun, Amy White, Tara Charrier and Valerie Roach.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tensas Home Health, Alternative Sitter Service, Kenny Burley, Donnie Burley, Sandy Barber, Helen Ceasar and Bobby Patt.
