NATCHEZ — Services for Larry White, 49, of Kenner, La., who died Sunday, July 5, 2009, in Kenner, will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Windy Hill No. 2 Baptist Church.
Burial will be at 10 a.m., Monday, July 13, 2009, at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. White was born Aug. 23, 1959, in Newellton, La., the son of Willie Joe White Sr., and Lillie Mae White. He was a Baptist and served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents; two uncles; and three aunts.
Survivors include his mother; one sister, Dorothy Banks; three brothers, Willie White and wife, Gloria, Lionel White and Tommy White; two nephews, Christopher and Tim and wife, Lavonne; one niece, Shonta Bell; one aunt; and a number of cousins and friends.
Pallbearers will be James Cephus, George Hargrave, Rodney Hargrave, Vernell Fleming, Doug Cephus and classmates of 1978.
