FERRIDAY— Services for Percy Case, 81, of Jonesville, who died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at his residence, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Young’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Preston Holder officiating.
Burial will follow at Hope Memorial Cemetery in Crosby under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Case was born Oct. 14, 1928, in Brookhaven, the son of Louie Case and Rosie Allen Case. He served in the U.S. Navy and Air Force during World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents; one wife, Elna McCurley Case; one brother, Thomas Edward Case, and two sisters, Janie Pearl Moss and Gladys Holloway.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Gallegos Case; two sons, Kenneth Case and wife, Lynn, of Vidalia, and Willis Case, of Jonesville; one daughter, Glenda Renfrow and husband, Sam, of Jonesville; one brother, L.C. Case of Pineville; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Renfrow, Willis Case Jr., Preston Case, Ty Case, Elton Jolly and Kenny Mack Case.
Honorary pallbearers will be Herbert Wilson, Freddie Case, Norman Almond and R.T. Stockman.
