BATON ROUGE — Memorial services for Doris S. Humble, 88, of Baton Rouge, formerly of Natchez, who died Wednesday, March 10, 2010, will be at 6 p.m. today at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East Chapel.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home East in Baton Rouge.

Mrs. Humble was born Dec. 20, 1921, in Cincinnati and was a native of Lorain, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Thomas S. Humble of Natchez; one brother, Hank Frederick of New York; and her son-in-law, Roy “Bo” Bush of Baton Rouge.

Survivors include one son, Thomas S. Humble Jr. and wife, Margaret; one daughter, Linda H. Bush, all of Baton Rouge; and one grandson, Grady B. Humble of Austin, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Capital Area Animal Welfare Society or a charity of choice.
