HENRYETTA, Okla. — Services for Samuel Edmond “Sammy” Simonton, 56, of Broken Arrow, Okla., who died Feb. 26, 2011, will be at Rogers Funeral Home.

Sammy was born March 2, 1954, in Natchez.

He was a senior international analyzer technician with Exterran in Houston, Texas. His job enabled him to travel worldwide which he enjoyed. Sammy spent most of his childhood years in Natchez, where he had many friends.

Sammy was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Stevens Simonton and grandparents, Henry E. Simonton and Della Biglane Simonton.

Survivors include his father, Henry E. Simonton Jr.; two sisters, Charmayne Simonton Bowes and husband, Frank, and Lynn Simonton Cole and husband, Jerry; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins in the Natchez area.
