LIBERTY — Services for Eula Mae Robertson, 83, of Centreville, who died Sunday, April 3, 2011, at her residence, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Allen’s Temple Church of God in Christ in Liberty.
Burial will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at The Living Water Pentecostal Church in Centreville and from 11 a.m. until service time Sunday at Allen’s Temple Church of God in Christ.
Mrs. Robertson was born July 5, 1927, in Wilkinson County, the daughter of Marshall Taplin and Ethel Caston Taplin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Robertson; one daughter, Gloria Dean White; five sisters; two brothers; and a special friend, Leon Jarvis.
Survivors include three daughters, Velma Robinson, Deborah Mathis and husband, Frank, and Cheryl Arbuthnot, all of Centreville; one son, Frank Robinson and wife, Rosia, of Woodville; five sisters, Irma Lee Causey, Mable Thompson, both of Gloster, Addie Mae Robinson of Liberty, Lucille Causey of Edwards and Minnie Lee Stewart of Jackson; three brothers, Willie Taplin and wife, Mary, of Gloster, Julius Taplin and wife, Odessa, of Centreville and Clarence Taplin and wife, Evelyn, of New Orleans; 22 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
