NATCHEZ – Larry L. “Butch” Brown has the lead in the race for Natchez mayor, but will face Phillip West in a runoff.

Brown has 44.7 percent of the vote. Phillip West has 39.8 percent of the vote.

Incumbent Mayor Jake Middleton is out of the race with 15.4 percent of the vote.
