NATCHEZ — Memorial graveside services for Annette Holiman, 88, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at a later date at the Greenville Cemetery in Greenville.

Ms. Holiman was born Aug. 9, 1924. She grew up and attended school in Greenville. She also attended Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, Va., and graduated from the University of Alabama where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.

Mrs. Holiman lived and worked in Houston, Texas for 57 years and later moved to the Natchez area to be near her family. She was a member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church in Houston.

Survivors include one sister, Jeanne Florence and husband, I.J., of Natchez; two nephews, John Florence and wife, Beth, of Houston and James Florence of Lafayette, La.; three great-nieces; and two great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Natchez-Adams County Humane Society.
