FERRIDAY — Services for James Franklin “Jimmy” Miller, 59, of Ferriday, who died Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Charlyn Nursing Home in Winnsboro, will be at 10 a.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday with Deacon Joe Odenwald of Ferriday First Baptist Church officiating.

A private burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Miller was born Nov. 11, 1953, in Gloster, the son of William Ulrich Miller Sr. and Jean Miller.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, William Ulrich Miller Jr.

Survivors include his mother of Ferriday; two daughters, Niki McEntyre and Mendy Miller; three grandsons, Devin Blackmon, Cody McEntyre and Zak Miller; one sister, Marilyn Campbell and her husband, Bill; and one brother, Randy Miller and wife, Ann.
