NATCHEZ — Services for Joyce “Jodie” Marie Stafford, 69, of Natchez, who died Sunday, June 23, 2013, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Natchez with the Rev. Patricia Suggs officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the loving hands and direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Natchez.

Joyce was born March 29, 1944, the daughter of Earl Belmont and Marie Jean Stafford.

Jodie lived her life to the fullest and loved having people around her at all times. She loved to listen to music, but Elvis music was her favorite. She was a great artist. She could draw just about anything she put her mind to.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Frances Stafford and Betty Jean Hinson; and three brothers, John Nichols, Jim Nichols and Earl Wayne Stafford.

Survivors include one sister, Melinda Pace; one brother, Wilbert Nichols; one very close friend, Carolyn Hinson; and a number of family members that she loved dearly.

Pallbearers will be Gregory Hinson, Trey Hinson, Bill Hinson, Randy Crouch, Kimble Johnson and Johnny Wilkinson.

Jodie will be missed by all that knew her and dearly missed by her family and friends.
