Sicily Island— Funeral services for Betty L. Cowan, 85, of Sicily Island, who died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 at St. Francis Cabrini Hosital in Alexandria, La., will be 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church of Sicily Island in Sicily Island.

Burial will follow at Cypress Grove Cemetery in Dunbarton under the direction of Comer Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time at the church.
