ROXIE — Funeral services for Joyce D. Anderson, 66, of Roxie, who died Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Roxie First Baptist Church in Roxie, with the Rev. Lamar Briggs officiating.
Burial will follow in Roxie Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Anderson was born Dec. 5, 1947, in Natchez, the daughter of Robert Lee McCoy Sr. and Catherine Johnson McCoy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include one son, Geoffrey L. Anderson; four sisters, Peachie Morgan, Marvel Carter, Amanda McCoy and Debra Lowe; four brothers, Robert McCoy Jr., Willie McCoy, Ricky McCoy and Arthur Ray Briggs; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
