FERRIDAY — Services for Deloris Wallace Dunkley, 64, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015, at Riverside Hospital in Alexandria, La., will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Beulah Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Eugene Williams officiating.
Burial will follow at Zion Hill Church Cemetery in Ferriday under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Dunkley was born Jan. 1, 1951, in Natchez, the daughter of James Wallace and Dorothy Owens Green.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Landon Wallace.
Survivors include one son, Alvin Wallace and wife, Shelia, of Flint, Mich.; two daughters, Mea Taylor and husband, Gary, of Milwaukee, Wis., and Edeltress Wallace-Stevens of Muskegon, Mich.; two brothers, James Wallace Jr. and wife, Faye, of Flint and Ernest Williams of Chicago; two sisters, Rubi Jackson, Jeannette Lawshea and husband, Rufus, all of Chicago; seven grandchildren; two aunts, Rosie Bethley and Lillie Mae Delehue and husband, Cleveland; and a special niece, Katina Washington, all of Ferriday.
