NATCHEZ — Services for Eddie Smith Sr., 88, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at True Bibleway Apostolic Faith Church with the Rev. Michelle Brooks officiating.

Burial will be 12:30 p.m. Monday at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by two children, Harry Lee Smith and Greta Smith.

Survivors include seven children, Frankie Ruth Smith, Eddie Smith Jr., Jacqulyn Smith, Jessie Lee Smith, Nakaya Davis, Ronald and Donald Smith; and a number of grandchildren, one niece, other relatives and friends.
