NATCHEZ — Services for O.W. Phipps Jr., 60, of Tampa, who died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at his residence, will be 10 a.m. today at Mount Sinai Baptist Church in Sibley with the Rev. James Brooks officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. Phipps was the son of O.W. Phipps Sr. and Lizzie Phipps.
