STANTON — Services for Isabell “Pig” Howard, 82, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, at Merit Health Jackson, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Smithland Baptist Church in Stanton with the Rev. Kenneth Stanton officiating.   

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the Natchez chapel and from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Ms. Howard was born May 4, 1935, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Harry and Cordelia Howard.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Donald Ray; and five siblings, Alexandria, Josie Lee, Harry, Joseph and Ulysses.

Survivors include a loving daughter, Lynda Faye Howard; three sisters, Cordelia McMorris, Jean Rankin and Emma Howard; four brothers, the Rev. Leon Howard, Robert Howard, Ivory Howard and D.W. Howard; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
