NATCHEZ — Services for Lionel Harris, 62, of Natchez, who died Friday, Oct. 26, 2018, at Merit Health Natchez, will be noon Saturday at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Martin Luther King Road, with the Rev. Willie R. Anderson officiating.
Burial will follow at Jerusalem Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include one son, Carlos Stampley and wife, Shanda; one granddaughter who he loved dearly, Ciannah “CiCi” Stampley; one sister, Ruthie Elaine Woods and husband, Jeff; two brothers, Clarence Harris Jr. and wife, Beverly, and C. Dewayne Harris; two nieces, Decarlas Smith and husband, Lorenzo, and Dekarian Harris; four nephews, Wrigzell Lewis and wife, Denise, Clarence Harris III, Gari Harris and wife, Elaine, and Edwin Skipper; a special cousin, Laura Bonds and husband, Vincent; a special sister-in-law, Evelyn Tyler; a special friend, Jesse Cameron; and a number of other relatives and friends.
