NATCHEZ – Memorial services for Francis Ronald Washington, 58, of Crystal, MN, who departed this earthly life on Thursday, May 30, 2024 in Minnesota will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at Christian Hope Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Wilsonni Johnson officiating.

Services are under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Francis was born May 14, 1966, in Natchez, the son of Annie B. Washington-Cosey. He was a high school graduate and employed at M Health Fairview University Medical Center. Francis enjoyed traveling and sports especially football, basketball and tennis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ford, Jr., brother, Herman Washington; grandparents, Jessie and Willie B. Washington and Joseph L. Ford, Sr. and Bessie Green Ford, and uncle Jessie Washington, Jr.

Francis leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Terry Lin Stewart Washington of Minneapolis, MN; mother, Annie B. Washington Cosey (Robert) of Natchez; daughter, Di’Ashlin Roniece Washington of Minneapolis, MN; sister, Yvette Scott (Jose) of Morrow, GA; granddaughter, Kynnedi Berniece Johnson; other relatives and friends.
