Services for Annie Ruth Martin, 86, of Mobile, Ala., formerly of Natchez, who died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, in Mobile, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Natchez First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dan Wynn and Dr. Judson W. Hurt officiating.

Burial will follow at Fayette City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Mrs. Martin was born March 11, 1920, in Hamburg, the daughter of Henry Blanks Porter and Annie Case Porter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Jesse L. Martin.

Survivors include her daughters, Vicki Bowers and husband, David Jr., of Mobile, Ala. and Melody Darsey and husband, William Jr., of Natchez; grandchildren, Erin Rollinson and husband, Dusty, of Smithdale, Allen Price of Nashville, Tenn. and Will Darsey III of Jackson; and great-granddaughter, Madilyn Kate Rollinson.

Pallbearers will be Bill Darsey, Will Darsey, Allen Price, Dusty Rollinson, David Bowers and Robbie Savant.
