Celia Abigail O’Cain and Paul Raymond Shackelford, both of Memphis, Tenn., were married May 26, 2015, in St. Lucia of the West Indies.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth O’Cain of Madison and Andrew and Judy Shackelford of Hernando.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Joseph S. DiStefano and the late Mr. DiStefano of Natchez and Mrs. Henry K. O’Cain and the late Mr. Henry K. “Tom” O’Cain of Camden.

The groom is the grandson of Mrs. Archie R. Naramore and the late Mr. Naramore of Water Valley, the late Mrs. Edward T. Gilliss of Hernando and the late Lt. Col. Paul G. Shackelford of Coldwater.

The ceremony was under a white sheer-draped arbor at the beach in the town of Gros Islet.

The bride wore an ivory satin gown with embroidered tulle overlay, and an ankle bracelet fashioned with a family keepsake sixpence and freshwater pearls. She carried a bouquet of purple orchids.

The bride is a recent graduate of the Loewenberg School of Nursing at the University of Memphis.

The groom is employed by the Madison Hotel in Memphis.
