PURVIS — Graveside services for Thelma Pearson Heflin, 98, of Natchez, formerly of Seminary, who died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at Magnolia House in Natchez, will be at 11 a.m. today at Pine Grove Cemetery in Purvis.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hulett Winstead Funeral Home in Hattiesburg.

Mrs. Heflin was retired from South Central Bell Telephone Company.

Survivors include three nephews, Byron McCarver and wife, Tommie, of Ferriday, Wade Purvis and wife, Lola, and Melvin Purvis and wife, Sue, all of Jonesville; and two nieces, Sharon Purvis Atkins Smitherman of Natchez and Peggy Pearson May and husband, Milton, of DeBach, La.
