Miss-Lou Quality Management Services is a Natchez based non-profit, non-partisan, grass roots organization whose efforts are to help our nation’s armed forces veterans and their families —particularly homeless female veterans with children — find suitable transitional and permanent housing in the Natchez area.

Our approach is simple — We are Americans working together to help veterans in need in the Natchez area.

We are local and national businesses, residents, churches and community groups combining our efforts and resources with the goal of helping military members transition from military to civilian life.

Adams County Supervisor and U.S. Army veteran Henry Watts’ leadership in finding transitional housing locations in Natchez that are suitable for former military families has been unwavering and motivational.

He has used his expertise as a businessman and contractor to assist in evaluating the feasibility of converting vacant property into a transitional housing facility.

Further, he has offered his services to gain support from local corporations and community leaders. He is truly an example of an American willing to go the extra mile to show his appreciation to our military families and to make their transition home easier than it otherwise might be.

He has provided a framework for us to organize our efforts to make Natchez a desirable place for veterans to live.

Because of Mr. Watts, we have made great strides in refining our budgets and plans on behalf of America’s military members and their families.

Rarely in a career is a civilian called upon to respond in such a vital mission. In every respect, Mr. Watts is a leader, visionary and truly American.

Without his dedication, our efforts may not have progressed as far as they have.

Mr. Watts, we wish you success in your bid for re-election, and thank you for your dedication to military heroes.
